Formed in November 2004, BHC International Ltd is a joint venture between Chiaphua Industries and Bissell. Bissell homecare is a privately owned vacuum cleaner and #1 floor care products manufacturer in North America.

Currently, more than 90% of our production goes to the USA market with the rest being supplied internationally. In our Shiyan factory, we have 16 assembly lines which are capable of producing around 3 million units per year. We have a fully functional Just-in-time system moving over 3,000 pallets and 5 million components through the business on a daily basis.

BDC International Limited

Established in 1996, BDC International was a joint venture between Chiaphua Industries and Stanley Black & Decker.

CFM Global Manufacturing was a joint venture partnership between Chiaphua and Canadian Fireplace Manufacturers.
